Personal data processing

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”), IMPULSE informs the CLIENT that:
1.Controller of personal data
The controller of the CLIENT’s personal data provided to IMPULSE under the contract being concluded is IMPULSE.PL with its registered office in Lębork, ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 15A, 84-300 Lębork, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division, under KRS no. 0000324829, NIP 6342710713, REGON 241143684, share capital (fully paid up) PLN 50,000.

2.Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract being concluded, to improve the services provided, for marketing purposes and, where applicable, for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
3.Recipients of personal data
The recipients of your personal data may in particular be:
- our service providers, e.g. Microsoft,
- the bank servicing IMPULSE,
- entities providing courier, IT and other similar support services to the Controller,
- public authorities and courts — in order to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the Controller.
4.Transfers to third countries
The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation, unless this clearly follows from the content or nature of the order.
5.Retention period
Your personal data will be processed for the term of the contract and for the time necessary to pursue or defend against claims related to it.
6.Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of your personal data — in the cases and on the terms set out in the GDPR.
7.Complaint to the supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) — if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
8.Requirement to provide data
Providing personal data is a requirement for concluding the contract or for taking steps before the contract is concluded. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible for the parties to conclude the contract and for legal assistance to be provided.
9.Automated decision-making and profiling
Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
