F.Distribution
The whole distribution. From rights to result.
F.Distribution is a specialised operating system for film distributors, connecting rights, planning and theatrical operations with results, invoices, costs and title economics.
Every scale of distribution
From one person to an entire organisation.
Set roles, access scopes and the way you work to match how your distribution actually operates.
Rights and licences
Know exactly which rights you have and when you can use them.
A licence agreement stops being a PDF you keep going back to. Terms are stored as data, so the system can answer whether a given exploitation channel is active today.
Agreement and term
- Deal memo, agreement, number and amendments
- Notice, effective date, NOA / NOD
- Start, length and automatic licence end-date calculation
Territories and versions
- Countries and territory groups
- Exclusivity and scope of rights
- Subtitles, voice-over, dubbing, audio description, SDH, sign language
Distribution channels
- Theatrical, TVOD, SVOD, AVOD, Pay TV, Free TV, Home Entertainment and other channels
- A separate term, status and conditions for each channel
- Holdbacks and the order of distribution windows
- Conditions requiring the licensor’s consent
Financial terms
- MG, revenue share, fixed fee and royalty
- P&A, delivery, localisation and marketing
- Recoupment and cross-collateralisation
- Payment schedule and payment terms
Film finances
Know exactly when a film starts making money.
Track acquisition, distribution and marketing costs against revenue from every exploitation window. Filmdist. continuously brings the economics of a title together into one real-time view of investment, recoupment and lifetime profitability.

Planning
Make the better decision before the booking exists.
Before a booking exists it helps to know where a title has a chance to work. The system sets the history of comparable films against the profile of specific locations.
- Segmentation
- Cinema groups built manually, by rules or dynamically — based on how those cinemas actually perform.
- Cinema scoring
- A 0–100 ranking of locations reflecting scale, value of the relationship and the history of titles comparable to the one being planned.
- Decision
- The score helps decide where to release, on what terms and at what intensity.
- Planner
- A tool for planning the full theatrical release from comparable films and the structure of their bookings.

Bookings
A booking turns the plan into real distribution.
A booking connects the film, cinema, date and financial terms. Once confirmed, it triggers print and KDM preparation, result collection and later invoicing.
- Schedule
- The heart of a booker’s work. An intuitive timeline shows the full theatrical release over time — planned and active bookings, films, cinemas, dates and changes in one view.
- Scope and dates
- A single screening, a run of dates, several cinemas at once, cinema weeks or specific days with exclusions.
- Financial terms
- A percentage of the cinema’s gross, a flat fee per screening or period, and a minimum guarantee with overage settlement.
- Screenings
- Screens, auditoriums, show times and ticketing links attached to the right booking.
Booking on the cinema side
The cinema orders the screening. You decide what happens next.
The distributor sets the available films, cinemas, dates and terms. The cinema places the order in F.Cinema, and F.Distribution handles it in the chosen mode — automatically or after the distributor accepts it.
- Automatic confirmation
- The order becomes an active booking immediately and starts the next stages — preparing the print, KDM and remaining materials.
- Confirmation by the distributor
- The order arrives in F.Distribution as a booking with Enquiry status. Once the distributor confirms it, it becomes active and starts the rest of the process.

Print delivery
From a confirmed booking to a screening that is ready.
A confirmed booking can trigger the next actions automatically — ordering the right print, preparing the KDM or planning the physical media route between cinemas.
A missing key the day before a screening should be an alert, not a phone call from the cinema.
- Automatic print ordering
- Integrations with GoFilex and Cineline eDelivery let you order the right version of the film without re-entering booking data.
- Keys and screening readiness
- The KDM is tied to a specific cinema, screen and date. The system shows what is still missing and warns before it becomes a problem on screening day.
- Physical media circulation
- Plan the disc route between cinemas, track current location and status, and automatically send cinemas messages about handing over and receiving the media.

Results
The result lands on the booking it belongs to.
Results come back from cinema chains and from individual cinemas. The system matches them to existing bookings and can create the missing booking from an unmatched line.
- Import and entry
- Import from the formats cinema chains use, plus manual entry when a result arrives another way.
- Two levels of detail
- A simple mode for admissions and gross, or a detailed one broken down by screening, version and ticket type.
- Completeness checks
- Validation catches lines that do not match a booking, and a widget shows which results are still outstanding.
Invoicing
From result to invoice without re-keying data.
The invoice is built from the booking, the result and the financial terms recorded earlier. Amounts are not copied from a spreadsheet into a document.
- Documents
- VAT invoices, proformas, corrections and credit notes with their own numbering and a live preview of the calculation before issuing.
- KSeF
- Submission to KSeF, statuses, official receipts, QR codes and offline mode. Operations can be run in bulk.
- Currencies
- Multi-currency settlement with rates pulled from the National Bank of Poland for the correct date.
- Payments
- Payment statuses, receivables and overdue amounts with reminders for counterparties.
Costs against the title
Title costs — marketing, P&A, licence, localisation, delivery — collect against the film together with attachments and payments. They determine the net result and what the licensor eventually sees.
Analytics
Start from the question, not the report.
A report should answer a question, not become another table to export. Filmdist. organises analytics around the decisions a distributor actually makes.
- Which cinemas perform best with this title?
- How does the film behave week over week?
- Where does the film generate the most revenue?
- What share of the result does each cinema chain hold?
- What did distribution cost, and what is the film’s net result?
- What needs to be settled with the producer or licensor?
Analytical views
- Films, cinemas, counterparties, cities and regions
- Cinema week and day-by-day views
- Title comparison and cinema chain share
- Admissions, gross and the distributor’s net result
